Dedication of the New Moraga Commons Flagpole
Members of Boy Scout Troop #212 and Cub Scout Troop #351 opened Moraga’s Annual Pear Festival by dedicating a new MCF-sponsored flagpole at Moraga Commons Park. This marked the second goal in MCF’s efforts to complete the Moraga Commons Enhancement Program.
MCF donations, along with funding from PG&E and the Eagle Foundation, also made possible the planting of a new tree. Town officials and Girl Scout Troop #33780 helped secure the new addition.
